Beside the guidelines given in the  proposals preparation instructions  please find below some additional information for your SPP 2306 proposal submissions:

• New format for CVs:       as of 1 March 2023, the use of the new DFG form for CVs will be mandatory; please make sure that you have the new form (53.200 elan – Curriculum Vitae); Max. 4 pages! Additional information here: www.dfg.de/faq_cv.

• Submission deadline:      Elan might not be accessible on March 27 due to maintenance work. Please upload your proposal before March 27  or on March 28 until midnight.

• Proposal: Log in -> Proposal submission (red) -> Proposal Overview / Reneval Proposal -> your project -> continue
  • • • • A – Proposal Data and Obligations: online form in elan (information on the project, formal obligations and summary in eng + ger)
        • B – Project Description upload DFG form 53.05(03/24)(please refer to the guidelines of preparing the proposal and the Publication lists for more information)
        • C – Appendices (CV, accepted but not yet published publications)

• Publications: two lists of publications: one with the CV “scientific results”, and one list of project- and subject-related publications to go with the project description

Please remember to ask for a cost-neutral extension for your DFG project via: Antrag auf Laufzeit-/Fristverlängerung if you still have remaining funds from the first funding period left!
